  • Taking over the existing Housing loans of other banks or Financial Institutions.
Who can Benefit this Loan
  • Any Account Holder who is salaried employee / Businessman / Professional with repaying capacity
Eligibility
  • For purchase of flat / Bungalow etc. Registered Agreements value plus stamp duty, registration fees or value as per valuation form our panel valuer whichever is less.
  • For construction of house, bungalows, etc. and Additions / alterations / repairs – As per estimate / quotations submitted.
Limit
  • Loan up to Rs. 70.00 lakh as per RBI guidelines.
Margin
  • 25% on eligible amount as per purchase / Repairing Cost
Security
  • Registered mortgage of the Said Property
  • Additional Collateral Security ( If required )
  • Deposition of original title deed with bank
Repayment Payment
  • Maximum 240 month (including moratorium period)
Moratorium
  • Till completion of construction or 18 Months from the date of disbursement whichever is early

  • Loan Application form
  • Income proof for last three years if businessman / current 3 months’ payslips if salary earner, form no 16 of last year
  • KYC of borrower and Guarantors
  • Commencement certificate / Permission of construction from Govt.Authority
  • Search report / Title clearance certificate from Advocate
  • 7/12 Extract
  • Approved Plan
  • Agreement for Sale / Sale Deed / Allotment Let
  • Chain of Documents of flat is purchased in resale
  • Share Certificate, maintenance receipt
  • Occupation Certificate
  • Builder’s / Society’s/ Mhada’s/Cidco’s NOC letter
  • Advance payment receipts
